Lake Villefavard

Description: The lake was purchased in 2003 by ourselves. Since our purchase we have put in a great deal of hard work which culminated with the lake being drained in November 2003. At this time we took the opportunity of removing silt and rubbish which had built up. We also thinned out the head of pike to provide a more balanced mixed fishery.
As well as being an excellent mixed fishery, with plenty of action for the pleasure angler, Lake Villefavard also holds carp to attract the specimen carp hunter with our netting produced carp to 23 lb. We are also introducing more Carp, Tench, Roach, Rudd and Bream in the near future.
