With Carp up to 50lbs and growing, our expectations for this year is for Birch Pool to be the premier exclusive hire lake.Birch Pool also has some specimen roach and other silver fish for our guests that enjoy all aspects of fishing.
Many of our guests are lucky to see some spectacular wildlife at the lake including many species of Birds of Prey, Red Squirrels and Red & Roe Deer, some of our quieter guests have even spotted a wild boar!Your neighbours at the lake are the magnificent Limousin cattle with their distinctive russet colour, they often have a look over the fence to see whats going on.For our non-fishing guests we offer many activities including horse riding, shopping trips to the capital of the area, Limoges or the beautiful town of Brive, or sightseeing some of the most stunning chateauxs.
