Description: The Notaire’s Lakes are located deep in the French countryside in the region known as the green heart of France. The Creuse is one of the last undiscovered tourist destinations and Notaire’s is a new venue that hasn’t been commercially fished before. The fish stocks have been added in stages to ensure their health and vigor and now range from 15 lbs to mid 30s with the average in the high 20s.
