Looking to take the family on holiday and do some Carp fishing? Well, this is the place for you.  

We are located next to a National Park where the family can go for long walks also five minutes from a large reservoir which you can find beaches for family picnics or just sit around our heated pool.

Four minutes away there is an Animal Park and an Adventure Park for the kids. For the ladies who love a day out shopping just take a 40 minute car trip into the main town of Auxerre.

The House:

We have a 4 bedroom house overlooking the lake with heated swimming pool. All the bedrooms have double beds and there a large patio area where to sit and relax

Lounge / Dining room: 

There is a Dining table with six chairs and a three piece suite in the lounge. A wood burner and three large Windows overlooking the lake, one of the French window openings onto the 80square meter patio.

Bathrooms:

In the ground floor bathroom there is a double wash basin, is a Jacuzzi bath and the shower is a walk in.  The toilet downstairs has its own room next to the bathroom. There are plenty of power points for hair-dryers, and shavers. On the top floor there is a cabinet type shower, toilet, and single wash basin with mirror. There are also plenty of power points.

Bedrooms:

There are four bedrooms two on the ground floor and two bedrooms are on the top floor, both top floor bedrooms are double sized rooms. On request we can add more beds in these bedrooms. In the TV room at the top of the stairs there is a put me up bed.

All bedrooms have double beds.

Grounds:

The patio is over 80 sq meters and contains a BBQ and large table with ten chairs. Half the patio area is covered by an electric blind. The house to the lake is only 50 meters and has mowed grass around it to about 300 meters. There are 6 acres of forest with a walk path and rest of the grounds are cut grass. The swimming pool is heated to 26-27c and there are six sun loungers for sun bathing.

The lake and the facilities have had a large makeover with money  spent on improving all the swims and on a new shower / toilet blocks.

The shower toilet block has been built with two toilets, two showers and has power points for charging your batteries. The block is on the house side of the lake and has a fully functional kitchen including a chest freezer for use of bait. The Shower toilet block and kitchen area are heated, so for the winter months no getting out of a hot shower into a cold room. On the other side of the lake there is a five meter square shed which holds a toilet.

There will be a section of baits for sale being boilies, pop ups, hemp and pellet, you may order these in advance and pick them up on arrival. The tackle for sale is limited to mainly end tackle but if you have a major tackle problem on site them rods, reels, etc can be hired. Bait boats will be allowed on the fishery and you will be able to hire them at £45 a week, but should be reserved in advance.
